V made an absolutely lip-smackingly yummy Bengali-style "Mushroom Potato curry with onions" from Sumana Ray's "Indian Vegetarian Cooking". He has had a really good streak with cooking, and he has been experimenting quite a bit. I think the trick is that he follows recipes to a T and would run to the store even if one ingredient was missing. The underused cookbooks on our shelves are finally getting some use! It has been a tough week at work, but I wanted to post a blurb about this wonderful curry; will follow up with a recipe soon!
