Can someone please, please let me know what ingredients goes in to this wonderful salad and how to prepare it? Every time I visit Seoul, I go to my favorite "Jeonju Bibimbap" restaurant on the evening I land and order this salad. I think I like the leaves and the dressing more than the jelly itself.
